Here’s my answer to the Weekly Photo Challenge: From Above. This week, the photos must be taken from above the subject. It just so happens I do that more than I realized.
Here’s a shot above the camera taking a picture from above. Top that! *ahem*
Easter Omelette – with ham of course.
Chili-Cheese Dogs. Football food during a football game.
A cool flower right at my feet.
Northern Shovelers feeding at a bird sanctuary. They leave long trails of cloudy silt behind them.
This guy was constantly feeding. It took many tries before I caught his head out of the water. With a Coot nearby.
Never seen green bee before; I thought it were a fly….LOL! Lovely cactus flower!! What’s your camera?;-)

Yeah, that caught Me and Sherry by surprise. We spent a lot of time photographing it. I use a Cannon Powershot SX40 HS. Shey has a SX50 HS (longer zoom) and a Nikon D5100.
In our family, I get the pricier computers, she gets the pricier cameras. 😉

Thank you so much. My wife and I were jostling for position to photograph this flower. She won, and I got an interesting pic. I guess we both won, hehe.

Love the pics but really enjoy the duck watching. It’s amazing how long they stay down for. Could watch them for hours. In fact, you’ve inspired me to visit one of our local parks on this glorious Autumn day and feed the ducks. Thanks.

Thank you. Yeah there’s something very serene about ducks. My wife and I like to visit duck ponds as often as possible. Hope you have a great time, and don’t forget to take some bread with you.

The harmony of nature is a beautiful thing, yes? My wife and I often take nature pics. We love it so much. And yeah, they are a kind of duck. At least I think of them that way.
