Weekly Photo Challenge: Pattern

This week’s Photo Challenge involves Pattern.

I see patterns in nature all the time, so my offerings come from nature.

I could watch orchids all day and study their intricate markings and colors.


Ground cover greenery develop fractal patterns in the way they grow. I find them soothing.


Pelicans are fascinating to watch as they fly in formation.

And then apparently, Seagulls watch the water, in formation.
