Courageous Fishing – Trifextra: Week Eighty-Eight

Written for Trifextra. A limerick about fishing. Begins after the comic.

Courageous Fishing

Fishing champ Jake hooked a monster in the moor.
The shambling thing stumbled, gave a horrible roar.
But then Jake never shook.
He baited another hook.
Caught two more bass before the beast got to shore.

About EagleAye

I like looking at the serious subjects in the news and seeking the lighter side of the issue. I love satire and spoofs. I see the ridiculous side of things all the time, and my goal is to share that light-hearted view.
