The Chain Writing Game V5.0 Ep:16

Kerrie Ann Salsac’s Chain Writing Game continues in week 5. The game where each participant adds a piece of the story. Ben has a chance with the girl of his dreams, but what twisted events can change the story? What will happen? It’s all up to us who play the game to imagine what comes next!

Episode 16

“Out the window sounds great,” squeaked Ben.

They slipped out the window and closed it. They raced down two flights before they saw two more coming up the fire escape below. The three above were coming down fast. Kelly fired at the ones above, hitting two in a gill-like structure on their chests. Both collapsed.

They were running out of time. Kelly smashed through a window in the building. Ben followed. They exited the office suite and barricaded the door.

“What are those things,” said Ben.

“BIUs. Biological Infiltration Units. We were running a test today. You weren’t supposed to see this.”

Thanks Jeremy. I thought it was time to add a dash more detail about the creatures. They need a weak point somewhere. It’s also fortunate that Kelly shoots like Annie Oakley.

Nothing like a slimy mutant something to chase you straight out a window 😛

Ha! Yes, it helps to overcome fears very rapidly. Ben is certainly operating outside his comfort zone, but then again he’s keeping up with Kelly pretty well. Probably because he’ll die quickly without her. 😉

She’s a keeper… well, until they escape. Then it may be in his best interests to find a nice simple girl to settle down with haha

Who knows? Maybe the simple life is what she wants to settle into, and Ben, in Kelly’s eyes, is the perfect way to find that life. I can see that anyway, or Kelly may be too high energy for Ben.
