The Chain Writing Game V6.0 Ep:17

It’s time for another fabulous issue of Kerrie Ann Salsac’s Chain Writing Game! The game where many authors add 100 words at a time in sequence to build a story.

This week, no one including Jadir, has ever ventured beyond the wall. After a bout of drinking and dare, Jadir gains the liquid courage to travel into the unknown. What will happen? Will he survive? What is out there? It’s all of us to find out as the story unfolds. Join us!

Episode 17

She took him to a chamber where sunlight streamed through a gem in the ceiling and she stood in the blue shaft of light. “During Hazjukel, Adjani magic is more powerful.”

Stones rose from the floor and danced in the air at her beckoning. “I can teach you this. My people left your people’s city 2,000 years ago. Since then, the Ezreet have hunted us. We learned elemental magic to defend ourselves.”

“That’s incredible!”

Eliya bade Jadir enter the light. “You try. Raise a stone.”

Jadir focused…and the stone exploded violently.”

“So powerful!” said Eliya, eyes wide. “You are the prophesied sorceror!”

About EagleAye

I like looking at the serious subjects in the news and seeking the lighter side of the issue. I love satire and spoofs. I see the ridiculous side of things all the time, and my goal is to share that light-hearted view.
