Expensive Wine

“Another, Madame?” said the waiter.

“157 Quid a glass?” gasped Ms. Pettigrew. “I couldn’t!”

“Bugger it,” she shrugged. “Gimme the bottle.”

About EagleAye

I like looking at the serious subjects in the news and seeking the lighter side of the issue. I love satire and spoofs. I see the ridiculous side of things all the time, and my goal is to share that light-hearted view.

Love the setting…and the shrieking of the asteroid. I’d go for the bottle, too. Priorities.

Yup. Gotta know when to hold ’em, when to fold ’em, and when to chug ’em.

Haha! Well, then she’ll finally have had some very nice wine. Many people won’t treat themselves like they should unless it’s the end of the world. At least she has an excuse. 😉

A very wise woman. There is no point in leaving the bottle of wine hanging around to be destroyed by a chunk of rock 😀
