Backfire – Gargleblaster Microstories #212

Johnson figured there’d be troubles hitching a dragon to his wagon. He just guessed they would come from its mouth.

Smoke billowed from the wagon’s charred remains.

The dragon looked sheepish.

Johnson glared at it. “I told you not to eat Habanero peppers!”

Hehe. I had someone else spitting their drink out this week. I’m only 1 for 2 then. Gotta work on my timing. 😉 Glad to know you got a good laugh. Makes me happy to hear it. Thanks kindly! 🙂

Hehe. Then there’s the way dragons tend to eat a couple goats before heading off to market with the wagon. Not a good thing for the children to see. 😉

HA! Poor Johnson. Poor dragon, for that matter. Love where you took this story – it was a good laugh. 🙂

I wonder if they ever have this problem in Game of Thrones? “A Fart of Dragons,” maybe…

I’ll bet they do. I understand Smaug obliterated 6 villages in Middle-Earth without even trying. Eventually the locals realized they should stop growing hot peppers… 😉
