The plain woman held a strange watch. A tiny hand emerged. It styled her hair and makeup. Suddenly, she looked glamorous.
“Cool watch!” exclaimed Sonia.
She grinned. “Got it at Macys.”
“The one downtown?”
Her third eye opened. “The one on Mars.”
