Margaux loved photographing the tiny crabs near the Universitie. Two colonies of blue and red crabs thrived there. Occasionally, the two mixed and produced a fascinating array of purple crabs. Herself a mix (Ethiopian and French-Vietnamese), she found her photography subjects compelling. It reminded her of a decision she was trying to make.
At the Universitie De Croix, she enrolled in Extraterrestrial Xenological Studies. This put her into direct contact with the alien Trelidians. Their language was difficult to master because of their large tongues. The young alien named Ezrya was all to happy to tutor her at any time, especially during the night, in her dorm room, alone.
She wasn’t sure what to think of his charming advances. She knew the alien’s “organ” wasn’t in the usual place.
When she started her Trelidian biology class, she learned the very flexible Trelidian tongue was also their sexual organ.
Margaux stood watching the purple crabs at the land bridge where Ezrya would soon find her.
She couldn’t wait to be “tutored.”
