Yasmine had tried many photo clubs before, but most were disappointing. They lacked her ambition.
Yasmine was seriously into photography.
This new club owned a building all to themselves. She pushed through the wooden doors of the blue entryway and gasped at what she saw inside.
The photos hanging on the walls were blown up to man-sized. The quality was magnificent, recording exotic locations. Before several stood wooden platforms with steps leading up. An elderly man approached her carrying an elaborate-looking camera made of brass. “You like?”
“Wonderful!” enthused Yasmine.
The man grinned. “We at the Photo Centre are into photography. I am Lazlo.”
“Yasmine. You must love travel as well, Lazlo.”
“Oh, we travel all the time! We’re into photography.”
“What is…?” she pointed.
Lazlo patted his complex camera. “My own design. Some claim it works like magic.”
Just then a man stepped out of a photograph of the Sahara and onto a platform. He and camera were covered in sand.
Yasmine stared in shock.
Lazlo grinned. “Did I mention we’re into photography?”

Hahaha! They REALLY are “into photography!” Not only did the man step out of the Sahara desert he brought part of it with him! haha! Great story, Eric!

Yep. She thought he used the vernacular. He was quite literal when he said they were “into photography.” Now that’s the kind of club I’d like to join. π Thanks very much! π

It sure gives a new meaning to the words into! I would love to be into one of them. π

Me too! I didn’t have time to describe the places, but there were beautiful ones. I’d spend a lot of time “at the club,” π Thanks so much! π

Cute. But it’s an interesting idea. I would love to be able to visit an exotic location just by stepping into a photograph! Great job!

And Lazlo, with his crazy camera is constantly adding more. You could have lunch in St. Petersburg then watch the sunset in Maui! That would be good living. π Thanks so much, Mandibelle! π

Oh yeah, it did. She recovered in minutes though. She was all ready to step “into” the Chilean mountains very quickly, trusty camera in hand. π Thanks kindly! π
