Ryan Hennessy had rage issues. He eventually found solace, a means to control his impulses through art, specifically graffiti art. Unfortunately, the city of Detroit had a dim view of this medium.
That’s how the city of Austin became the home of his heart. The broken concrete structures on Baylor Street was a place where anyone could express themselves with no repercussions. Many very talented artists painted there, but few were as skilled as Ryan.
Benny Macs was a bully. He found Ryan one day, heading home after an afternoon’s work. Benny couldn’t resist shoving the diminutive, seemingly harmless artist around.
Two hours later, the police picked Benny up. They knew Benjamin Maxwell from previous run-ins, but Sergeant Hill had never seen him like this.
Hill said, “Jesus, Benny! You turnin’ into a Hippy?”
“It ain’t my fault!” shrieked Benny. “The paint guy went all berserk and stuff!”
“Sure, sure. Wha’dya’ do to him?”
“Nothin’! I swear it!”
“Yeah, right,” said Hill. He pointed to an officer. “Whitlock. Take Pinkie here downtown.”

A good cautionary tale to not mess with artists who have rage issues. Especially not ones armed with spray paint cans. 🙂

And pink spray cans at that. He should be happy the guy wasn’t juggling bowling pins! 😉 Thanks Joy! 🙂

The diminutive artist could teach a lesson to the bully.

Ryan may have changed the meaning of “being in the pink” after dealing with Benny. I doubt Benny will be feeling very good considering where he is headed!

Where Bennie will be going, being pink is really going to send the wrong message! 😉 Thanks kindly! 🙂
