A fun love song and photos for accompaniment. These pics are more fun while listening to the song.

Oh.. these are such romantic photos. Are those mourning doves on your pear tree? I lile that photo very much! I have captured a few shots of a pair of mourning doves in my backyard, but even with a telephoto lens (75 – 300 mm), I couldn’t have a close up shot like you have here.

Thanks! The Pear is very close to the balcony. These doves were a mere 25ft away. Plus, we have a bird feeder there so we always have doves hanging around. We have as many as 12 at a time waiting for food. They’re fun to watch.

While I don’t have ‘bats’ in my belfry…I do have doves in my porch eaves. Soft coo’s in the morning. I’m babysitting turtles…shoulda had a pick of a pair of turtles…
Always did like the songs you can sing to.

Turtle doves? I always like the happy, upbeat songs. That song came to mind whenever I looked a the pics. Puts me in a happy mood.

I am looking forward to being Tank Turtle-less though.
These guys are about 12 years old and the one is the size of a sandwich plate and the larger a dinner plate…
